By creating a 5volts account or otherwise using 5volts, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the platform.

5volts is invite-only at present — creating an account requires a valid invite code. You must provide an accurate email address, and you must be able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use 5volts.

You own the posts, comments, images, videos and other content you post to 5volts. By posting it, you grant 5volts a licence to host, store, display and distribute it on the platform — including generated renditions and video poster frames — for the purpose of operating 5volts.

You may not use 5volts to:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Harass, threaten or abuse other users.
• Post content that infringes someone else’s intellectual property rights.
• Scrape, crawl or bulk-extract data from 5volts outside its published APIs.
• Impersonate another person or organization, or otherwise attempt to mislead.

Product prices, availability and offer details shown on 5volts come from third-party retailers and are displayed as estimates for reference only. They are not an offer, quote or guarantee from 5volts. Buy links route through 5volts before opening the retailer’s site — that redirect is used solely to record click attribution — and 5volts does not control the retailer sites you’re taken to.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or deactivate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion.

5volts is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 5volts and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including reliance on product prices or availability shown on it.
